What are the best aspects of this product?

With Picatic I can easily create and manage events for my students. I’m able to recreate the same events in just a few clicks, all I have to do is to fill the calendar of recruiting information sessions. I can easily create events, ticketing and registration from any device whether it is Pc, tablet or mobile device.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have changed their fee structure and its premium plan is not for everyone. And its registration page for attendees implies free events so be subject to a $1 fee.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using this product to convert my prospective student information classes from drop-in to the registration based. It helps me to reduce the workload as recruiter and I don’t need to wait in seminar rooms for quests in order to attend. It allows me to collect attendee data and to keep in touch with them before and after the event.
