PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We run same event many times and this tool allows us to recreate it. In my experience, the software and its interface are extremely easy to learn and use. It’s really helpful for my type of work and its customer service is amazing, responsive and always accessible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I had more simultaneous events but the percentage increases this way. I need an option where I can promote my events on the website, I do marketing tasks as well but I would like to tap into its community in order to promote it even better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great ticketing software and clear ticket policies, this is great solution for e-commerce websites that are quite complicated. The payment is made with Stripe and people can easily signing in.
