PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the integration with wordpress, I love its design and the fact that is online based solution. I love its support from its customer support team. They even helped me to update the wordpress plugin.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like them to implement an option for setting up a waiting list for events that are already booked. I wish I have simple interface in order to setup admin alerts when someone reserve the seat for the event. And some iOS app is too light on features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has great design and efficient tools that help me to sell my tickets to my members and to keep them logged in on my website.
