What are the best aspects of this product?

Picatic is flexible and it offers simple web tools and options. I am able to use free ticket options so I can avoid paper tickets. It’s like printing off tickets and sell them for cash without having to pay the credit processing fee. I can always scan them and make them like regular ticket. It has social integrations and this is very helpful for us, because we can promote the event and invent people on their social media.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any dislikes by now, it works great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The payment process is much better with this one, because it accepts credit payments, easy social integration, and event attendance. It helps us to save lot of money because we don’t need to do the graphic design and to print off regular tickets.
