What are the best aspects of this product?

Picatic interface is simple to use, it allows me to create events and manage tickets in an easiest way. Our users can easily find registration and to perform the process easily. I love how visually pleasing are the event pages that I create. I like the event sponsor interface because it allows me to add logos and links for sponsors in the event. I look forward to use the survey section soon.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see an integration with Mailchip or Zapier, but I have heard that these features are coming. I would like an option where I can manually delete tickets from registrants. I need this because sometimes people register for some free event and later they change their mind, and this is very important for the events with limited number.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I organize community events and I try to reduce the time that is required for managing events and to create quickly event pages. It helps me to reduce the event management time and to create great experience for my attendees.
