Picatic is great tool for event planning

What are the best aspects of this product?

Event registration has never been easier. The interface of this system is easy to set-up, it has low fees, and the registration and payment process is easy as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to have archive folder where I can see past events emails, or an options to save past email text as template. For e.g. I would like a template with important information in the email such as directions, where to park, what to bring, etc. so I can use this same template to other future events.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I started with my business I was searching for an option that is easy to set up and use. It meets all my needs, and I am able to keep all information in one place. I can easily set up an event and to customize it the way I want.
