What are the best aspects of this product?
We are preparing huge event and we started using Picatic so we can do the job. Bryan from Picatic support team offered us meeting and demo so we can better understand how this product works and how we can optimize the event. He is great and we really like the demo version because we have found many interesting things that this product is capable of. It provides unlimited options with API integration.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have dislikes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were using a ticketing system that didn’t meet our needs, but this one does its work and it really meets all our needs. We all know that ticketing system that doesn’t meet all requirements may cost lot of money and business opportunities.
