What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to learn, easy to use and it is the right scheduling platform for our business. Extremely user friendly, as well as sends convenient reminders when a customer meeting is up. In addition, it comes with a complete free version that we use. It offers all features we need that usually comes in pricy apps!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t faced any problem when using Picktime because it is super excellent. It helps us in keeping a tab with schedules and meetings through automated methods. This is really valuable in doing our part along with our clients for such events.
