What are the best aspects of this product?

Pinnacle Cart has helped us kick-start our first online business without unnecessary inconveniences. What we have done is simply select a layout, then load our products from a spreadsheet and select mode of payments. Managing is also very smooth on the admin panel, which is mainly the reason why our shop has received good sales. Not to mention that Pinnacle Cart has great guys in the support team who always help us when needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have noticed some problems with the live chat feature. However, we’ve solved such an issue right away. And we haven’t seen any other flaw with the tool.
