What are the best aspects of this product?
When a company has such closed-loop marketing goals as we have, it is quite of a challenge to find an email marketing solution that can respond to all needs and requirements. To be more precise, our marketing department was looking for software that can track and compare the success of our email marketing strategy, using advanced segmentation and targeting tools instead of the basic efficiency most programs have to offer. Pinpointe did a miracle for us, enabling marketers to send personalized emails on behalf of the company investing minimal efforts and time. With Pinpointe on board, we get to choose and appoint email campaigns for every contact we have in our database.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike about this tool, the best thing to do is to lean back and watch it do the work for you. It is a tool that never stops developing, and you will be pleasantly surprised with new features and simplifications all the time. The UI is among the simplest and most intuitive I've ever seen.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Grabbing the attention of so-called cold leads, that's the thing. Comparisons showed that ever since we've started using Pinpointe, we are increasing the number of campaigns we run (both per week and per month), and we're becoming more and more interesting to our leads. Overall, our lead qualification cycle is faster and more efficient.
