A Great Advice from my friend

What are the best aspects of this product?

A friend recommended me to use Pipedrive. After having watched a few training videos, I started using the software. I must say it was a great advice. The drag and drop features, and under deal stages impressed me the most. It's pretty much like Trello which is a project management tool. I hope I can close more deals with Pipedrive because of cloud storage options, too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am still young at using Pipedrive and so far, there is nothing that has troubled me. I will reach out to the support team if anything comes up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We try and manage prospects and proposals. One of the major problems we faced was to manage our contact and clients but with Pipedrive things have improved greatly. We can communicate a lot more effectively now.
