What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are only minor issues that this tool has. In terms of functionality, I did not find anything worth mentioning, that I did not like. However, for the appearance, it is not that attractive. When you compare with other similar tools in the market, Pipedrive ranks the lowest in terms of appearance. If it were possible, they could make the tool to look more presentable in a professional matter. Although this is a none-issue, I would love to see that in a tool that offers so much in terms of CRM solutions. It also does not have the desktop application, on top of the mobile app, and I would like to see that too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have improved in so many ways in terms of managing our clients in every engagement. Our sales team is able to work in unison since they know who is supposed to do what. This means that there is no way two people in a team can clash or undertake the same activity. Every team has its tasks and activities laid out for them beforehand which makes things easier. With Pipedrive, it is easy to record and track conversations that take place with clients and leads. Thanks to this product, we have become more organized in managing sales teams and clients who come our way. This is achieved by making sure that in the entire sales process, clients are managed effectively while being provided support on the same.
