What are the best aspects of this product?
Previously I used Saleforce and some other CRMs. I have found Pipedrive the easiest among them all. It's simple and has everything I need. I like the fact that it's very easy to navigate and generate reports. Team management has also become more convenient. Drag and drop options are just great. I was the first to use Pipedrive and since then my boss has switched all his three companies to this software. That's how good it is.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only problem I feel is bulk editing. I think Pipedrive can come up with a better solution for it. Average sales length is something that I would want to see. I am sure it will be there in the future pretty soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Pipedrive lets me track goals. It has helped me analyze stuff a lot better with it's quarter, monthly and user defined frames.
