What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is a great tool for most businesses. Particularly if you don't get too much time, Pipedrive will be a great app for you because it has simple and fast interface with almost all the features you would like to have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think there can be improvment made in the reporting tool. The representation can be better i.e. graphs can be added. If we could create multiple leads at once, it would be a great thing too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company has quite a big network and we don’t have dedicated salemen for the job. With Pipedrive, helps us to keep a track of sales and effectively report these figures.
