What are the best aspects of this product?
As a beginner, i found Pipedrive quite easy to use. It relieved me of using those yellow sticky notes to keep my contacts organised. It's fast and simple and quite affordable too. It was easy to set up and astonishingly, we were able to outgrow our company capabilities in the trial period only.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's not particularly a great tool for businesses from the management point of view. It doesnt focus greatly on management aspects of an organization. It's good for a team that doenst need reminders and restrictions all the time. If you're thinking of having the control of operations at our end while your reps don't have the complete access, this software might not be for you then. This is one reason that the support staff will guide you correctly and they don't really make too many changes in the software.

We have been successfully carring out our inventory tracking, pipeline sales flow and complete reporting.
