What are the best aspects of this product?
I settled for this tool to help me manage my sales effectively. Pipedrive has not disappointed in any way. It helps me to develop better CRM softwarefor my business which is bliss. Since I am all about lead generation and management, I can use this product to give me just that. It focuses in better and modern CRM solutions which have come to bring results in terms of sales. It is easy to use and does not have any redundant functionality to it which is convenient. It has a highly responsive customer support plus easy to collaborate with other team members on the same platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool works fine in terms of the features. There is nothing major to point out that I dislike about this product. However, I can suggest a few things that if they were added it will favor me in terms of my needs. There should be more analytics in the system. The developers should include more analytics to help forecast sales and determine how many people are looking at my product or website. Also, the billing functions should improve in the sense that you will be able to analyze and track payments, tariffs, prices and account receivables within your business.
