It is a great tool to manage your sales. When you compare with other similar tools in the market, Pipedrive is like no other. It is more complete and offers the best user experience for my sales operations. Apart from that, it integrates with multiple applications such as Gmail, Zapier, and Google Agenda among others. This makes it a reliable product that offers more than hat it already has. At first, it was all about, managing leads and I found out that it is easy to set up once I grew my sales team. It is highly customizable where you can create filters and manage leads while you schedule activities for daily or weekly basis depending on your sales needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a lot to like about this product. It gives you the ultimate solution to your sales problems. You can manage leads and clients and create multiple pipelines for your sales at the same time, all which is possible with the help of Pipedrive solution. Although it has all of the above, you can get lost in this tool if you are not careful. This is especially the case when you are managing multiple leads. Also, creating filters is not that easy when you are getting started. However, the problem might not be with Pipedrive as you need to understand how the tool works in all the features you are interested in before you decide to use them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before I implemented Pipedrive I had a lot of leads to deal with. They were too much for me and I could not manage them effectively. Luckily, with Pipedrive, I am able to manage my leads in all aspects from inbound to outbound leads. This has improved my sales in a big way as I can access everything I need to know about my leads and clients without much hustle. Pipedrive has given my business a lifeline in terms of knowing what is going on and planning ahead to manage leads until conversion. Everything is organized as I can import and export data in multiple formats with ease. In short, it has made my efforts of managing leads effortless which is bliss.
