What are the best aspects of this product?
This software is really interactive. It's intuitive and helps me run the sales and campaigns conveniently. Why I like it most is the fact that it saves me a lot of time. I can add, move and report deals in quick time. The drag and drop functions make it more enjoyable as well. I previously used Salesforce but I must say that the functionality options as well as the price are much better in Pipedrive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There should be a field that defines a deal accurately. At the moment, this option is not present. For my business, recurring revenues are really important. At the moment, I have to manually translate different pipeline numbers to get the results I need.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communication has really improved with Pipedrive. My team can access the pipelines so it has given us a better insight to the business processes which I think is instrumental for us to progress.
