What are the best aspects of this product?
Pipedrive is good tool to start your CRM adventures. It is easy to use subscription isnt that expensive and it offers a nice overview of your deals and your Clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no option to mass email your customers, therefor it is not as efficient as other CRM tools.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to see bulk mailing option implemented for all the subscription plans.
