What are the best aspects of this product?
It's easier to manage deals and business clients with Pipedrive. The features are great especially in the online software. Importing all our clients and contacts to Pipedrive was simple. We can create deals and activities with our clients which I think is a big plus. It's great to have the activities option becuase it organises and keeps everything in control. Easy reporting and analytics make things much more transparent. I like the Google Apps integration and we can manage calendars and sync them with Pipedrive. Importing google docs is also a highly useful feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of any drwabacks but of course, there can be improvements. I would want to see more features added. The only drawback I can think of is that it doesn't have social media integrations such as Twitter, Facebook etc.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our use of Pipedrive is to stay connected with our clients. We manage our client's status and defining different stages of our partnership with the clients has become easier with Pipedrive.
