PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple all the way. You do not require much training to get the hang of things with this tool. It integrates well with other sales tools to give a seamless solution for your sales problem. This is necessitated by the integration API and in less than 2 weeks you will have integrated the system with another sales system. It is also easy to customize with Pipedrive. This is due to the simple interface this product has which makes things simple your part. I loved how nice it looks and offers great support for my sales needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not provide a way to distinguish from an important client to a potential one. There should be a way to highlight different accounts in the pipeline to help the user know which clients to pursue more. Key accounts should feature those clients that are big buyers on your business and other client should be heighted in their level of importance. Also, different users should have different sales pipeline to help evaluate performance of every user in terms of the management of leads and clients in general. This would help improve conversion and thus increase sales revenue as a result.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has become a key figure to helping us set up a modern strategy on how to attract and manage clients. Although we have not used t for sales pipeline management, it has become a reliable CRM tool on our end. We are able to collect vital data on the buying behavior of customers, how much they order and how often they buy from us within a specific period of time. Such data we then use it to map out a strategy that will work to help us improve sales in future. Apart from that, we use Pipedrive to set up appointments and collect data based on the happenings of that appointment with potential clients.
