What are the best aspects of this product?
It has everything you may need to improve your sales. It offers a reliable platform on which you can manage sales pipeline without much hustle. I like the view that this tool comes with as I can check which leads to go with and what to do on my next move. Also, the activities feature equips me with enough knowledge to see who recently bought at my store or visited my site. With that kind of information, I will be able to know which lead I have to follow up so that I can convert them into buying customers. Due to this, I am able to manage lead and clients in the best way possible while I take care of conversion for improved sales. It also helps me with planning.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is an all-round reliable tool for your leads and client management. If you want to improve the buying behavior of your existing customers and invite more to be buying customers, then this tool does the magic. However, I have a problem with how it sends a warning signal if a potential lead does not convert within a set timeframe. It turns to red once the time you have set for the customer to make purchase lapses. The red color proves to be annoying on my part. I would appreciate another color or way to inform me that the client did not make purchase within the timeframe I had set earlier.

With such analysis and forecast on your sales expectations, you will be able to plan ahead and be ready for what will happen. It helps you to know which leads to follow once you check the activities section. Pipedrive has become a sales driver for the tech company I work for. It has thus improved how we manage leads and convert them, into sales.
