What are the best aspects of this product?

It does not have a steep learning curve. The interface is simple which allows you to get started with this product after a short period. When it comes to its features, you do not have a lot to deal with. This gives you the edge to learn fast on how to use this product since it is simple. It is flexible based on how you can use it. You can either use your desktop to get started or even access it using the mobile application on your smartphone. Apart from the simple features, it integrates well with other applications. For example, it integrates with PandaDocs which you can use hand in hand with it to create proposals, orders forms and estimates among others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has its drawbacks which can be annoying at times. Whenever you want to create a new field, this product allows it. However, you will not be able to report on this new field or search it on the system. The reports that you generate will come out but the field you created will be missing from that report. This makes it unnecessary for one to customize the fields in the system. It would be better if the fields you customize could be incorporated into the system such that they are searchable and show up on the reports you generate. Otherwise, the customization functionality is no good. Also, the import and export functions have grave issues as some information is omitted once you expert or import documents such as the product list.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has improved on how we manage the sales processes. Managing leads has become easier as all the sales team members are on the same page. It has come out as a tool that gives our business the needed attention when it comes to conversion. The sales team can record all the details of the lead and clients which is accessible once you access the system. It gives us all the details about a client including the contact information and whether they bought a product or not. Due to its simplicity, all team members have come to love it. Everyone is using it in our company which makes things simple when it comes to reporting and determining our next move. It also integrates with tools such as PandaDocs which helps us to save a lot of time in creating quotes and proposals among others.
