Overall, easy to use, as long as you don't leave the walled garden. The third-party apps don't work nicely together, mainly due to bugs in the pipedrive authentication mechanism. The pipedrive team has been sloppy to resolve this, their responses are very slow. Don't choose for pipedrive, if you plan to have reliable support on third-party apps.
