What are the best aspects of this product?

This app is very easy to use. I like the interface on both the app as well as the website. It can adapt to variations so i can manage different pipe types all at once. Regularly updatable features ensure that you don't miss out on any updates for your project. The fact that i can make these updates and changes through smartphone has been a huge help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't find anything seriously wrong with this app. There's nothing too big that makes you avoid this software. I just had issues with social media integrations but that's too significant either.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pipedrive is being used for reporting and organising our sales. We can manage multiple drives at once so it lets you focus on your job a lot better. The speed is good too so it's a complete package for our business.
