What are the best aspects of this product?
I cannot say enough good things about this software. We\'ve been using it for over a year now and it has never failed us. Everything you imagine to do with your CRM tool you can get done with Pipedrive and its integrations. You don\'t need any time at all to get used to it, it\'s very intuitive. The custom fields and details about contacts and deals are endless. You can integrate it with your gmail and it will automatically import all your emails and trigger drafts for every new deal you make. Reminder and deal rotting options are pretty handy. Reporting is also well constructed because you can go in details and export anything you need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing that can be a little annoying sometimes that it does log you out if you\'re inactive for sometime during the day but it\'s not too much of a problem.
