What are the best aspects of this product?
It is easy to follow up on your leads. Once you generate leads, you can manage them from the time they visit your site to when they make an order. It helps you to answer their questions and queries with ease. This is because all the conversations and queries a lead raises are stored in a thread where you will be able to view the entire conversation without much hustle. Pipedrive gives you a visible way through which you can follow up on your leads. It is mobile compatible where the admin or the sales team leader can keep track of the movement of the leads using their mobile phone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no major things to point out that I did not like about this product. It is all good but some of the features or functionalities will need fine tuning. For example, when it comes to scheduling of activities, Pipedrive has it at 15 minutes minimum. This seems to me like a lot of time for a single activity. If you had multiple activities to schedule, it would take you a lot of unnecessary time which is not convenient. If it was possible, they can lower this timeframe to help users with accurate calendar pull it off with ease.

Pipedrive has made it possible for us to manage leads in the best way possible. It is easy to follow up on calls, requests and deals from our leads. In order to correctly manage a lead up to when you close the deal, you need to know what they are looking for. With Pipedrive, we can achieve that with ease as it helps us to collect the data we need to achieve that objective. This increases conversion as our sales team is able to know the ins and outs of our lead and clients in terms of what they want. We are able to solve issues depending on the queries or questions our leads have and follow up on the same up to the end.
