Simple yet powerful

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Pipedrive because it is simple. However, it's a powerful tool for team collaboration. It gives me real time alerts and updates so that all the team is in sync. It helps us achieve our goals on time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There aren't' as many options as I expected. However, the integration options are quite versatile. These integrations have been really helpful and taken our business to the next level.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our basic aim with Pipedrive was to track everything. We focused on centralized organization. As we got success, we have expanded our range and we're now looking to scale our business and upgrade our sales process. For a small company like ours, it has been a great revolution.
