What are the best aspects of this product?
The reason why I like Pipedrive so much is that it has incredibly reduced my workload and complications I faced with daily tasks. I am most concerned about closing deals after sales. I don't worry much about calendars and projects so I can safely say that my problems are being dealt with efficiently so far. The app is quite intuitive as well and highly interactive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Initially, Pipe can be a great instrument to have but i would like to see more functionalities. I think the laterstages of the pipe can be improved. For instance, there can be a forecast tool. At the moment, I cannot figure out the priority deals. ALso, if there could be email and calling options as we add an activity, it would be great.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Just as I pointed out, I have faced a bit of problem while closing the deals. But the earlier stages are being handled really well by Pipedrive. I can say it with a lot of conviction that Pipedrive has been a great help because previously when I worked in other companies, I had to spend a lot of times on each sales cycle. I can manage all the contacts, emails and much more through Pipedrive which is obviously a great help.
