What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it can guide our employees in accomplishing their tasks. The features are really amazing as well as the integration functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The placement of the editing options is a bit confusing for me. I don't also like the PDF exportation that much, as well as the reporting function. I love this app, but it has several limits.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It definitely helps in ensuring that all our processes are being followed by everyone. With a robust pipeline ready, onboarding new staff isn't that hard anymore!
