This simple and user-friendly tool helps our team get everything done! It's really powerful and it gives us control of our processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel like some functions seem a bit slow. Exporting databases could also be easier. I would also love it if there's a chat function within the app, just to keep everything in there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pipefy gives us more control of all our operations. It makes remote work easier because we get to monitor everyone's tasks and processes. We also eliminated the chances of missing due dates.
