What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love about this software is I don't need to have IT skills to use it! It's very user-friendly even to non-programmers so you can immediately start using it for your company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not affordable to start-ups and small companies. We also had a few experiences wherein there are delays with the automation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It really helped everyone in our team get the job done because it's easily accessible to anyone. We don't have to call IT people just to utilize the software.
