This is a highly functional software that makes our jobs a lot easier because of its amazing features. I love the ready-made templates which can be duplicated when we need to create another workflow for other projects. Its design is user-friendly even to those who don't have prior knowledge of programming.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of integrating other software takes time. It actually took months for it to get adapted to our system.

This powerful software has everything we need. But the user-friendly interface is the most helpful because we were able to do complex tasks even if we have little to no background in complex programming.
