The best part of Pipefy is that it allows users to customize work pipelines. Through this, we can also create custom reports easily. The software is user-friendly and their customer support staff has always been helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they would put dark background options for people like me who have sensitive eyes. I'd appreciate it.
