It's super useful in creating streamlined processes for our products. Great for any team size and any workload! I also love that they offer guides to boost user-experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when it can be a bit unstable so it is necessary to recheck the processes you built. They could also add a better "import database" function because that one is not really optimal right now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped me get focused on higher-level tasks because it saves me the time I used to spend in monitoring my team's workflows.
