What are the best aspects of this product?

This software allowed me to automate all the processes within a whole company! The integrations improved the workflows and the automation definitely made everything more efficient. It's amazing. I got to automize everything from onboarding to payments! All thanks to Kanban style, it makes everything easier for the user.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would improve the design customization functions soon, so we could send in automated branded emails.
