This intuitive tool helps us manage all our processes. It keeps everything organized and streamlined especially in dealing with several customers. I love that it's customizable!

The mobile app's features are a bit limited.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned, dealing with a large number of customers is difficult if you don't have a clear and streamlined process. This app did not only organize the process but automates it as well! We also use it for our internal operations such as hiring and onboarding.
