What are the best aspects of this product?

Three words: simple, easy, and efficient. Pipefy is super simple but has lots of complex actions. It is easy to use so it doesn't overwhelm non-programmers. And lastly, it helps us get the job efficiently done. The automation and integrations are top-notch! They also have a highly-commendable support team!

It's not perfect because some functions could have been there to make it better such as calculations and database importing.
