What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy it is to create automation with its simplified, logical programming.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do think it needs more graphics to make it more modern and engaging. If that's the case we can also use it as a tool for reporting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I mainly use Pipefy for communications management with different teams in our company.
