What are the best aspects of this product?

Some great things about Pipefy: (1) it helps me get my job done because of the streamlined processes; (2) it has an incredible help center; (3) the Kanban's functionality is top-notch; (4) its intuitive interface improves the experience; (5) it's highly customizable; and (6) it offers great automation! It's really helpful to any of your team's process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Loading cards takes time sometimes. I also hope they could improve the import function because it's laborious to import databases. It's also a bit restrictive and integrating it with other software is not easy. The dashboard can also be improved by making it more customizable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pipefy helps me a lot in optimizing our workflows. It's great!
