What are the best aspects of this product?
Planio is an excellent ticket management app that offers many useful features. It can be used to provide customer support. Its plus point is its simple style. I appreciate that the vendor hosts customers’ data in servers located in the EU and implements plenty of protective measures to ensure data security. Their customer support is also top notch.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only drawback is the design takes up too much screen space.
