PCR is easy to use and everything is customizable. It also has a great support team and has a system that integrates well with PCO products.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everyone who registers must have an account. I hope they can change this as it can inconvenience some of the guests.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now easily keep track of registration for each event. We can also categorize people according to their answers in the registration form.
