It is very easy to use. Everything is self-explanatory, so you won't have any problem operating the application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The back-end can be confusing. The people I assigned for it, find it a bit complicated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now register thousands of people for upcoming events. This proved to be a very useful tool for us.
