What are the best aspects of this product?

It is user-friendly and allows registration through a temporary login. Once registered, they can create their accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't really have much to dislike about PCR, but if I were to make a suggestion, I suggest to have more built-in plug-ins like that of Spotify or Apple Music.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us organize our team. It also sends messages to a group of people at once, making it a constant application in our church.
