Pocket FaME lets you improve transparency by providing a better way of tracking the operations and activities of your security, facility, or temporary personnel units. It gives you the ability to plan, assign, and monitor personnel’s routes using GPS maps. You can build route plans and customize them by adding work schedules and route checkpoints.

Additionally, Pocket FaME generates reports and notifications that allow you to check personnel’s adherence to route plans in real-time. For instance, you can view a complete timeline of personnel’s trips, compare the routes they took with the routes you planned and assigned, and track specific statistics you want. You’ll be automatically alerted when personnel missed checkpoints, took unplanned or unauthorized routes, and committed other types of lapses.

Pocket FaME offers this main technology:

1. Face Recognition – With this feature, an employee can give their attendance using face recognition. The software will match the face with the registered one. With AI technology, changes like a grown beard or glasses can be tracked and it will take the attendance along with the geo-coordinates, date and time stamp. Pocket FaME can also geo-fence the attendance from a certain location as required, whenever an employee is in that office/home; only then the attendance can be given.
2. GPS – With this feature, whether the employee works from office/home or anywhere, whenever he checks in or out his GPS location is captured. Pocket FaME can geo-fence as well where the employee would be able to give attendance only when he/she is at the location where he should be while giving the attendance.
3. Server Time Stamp – With this feature accurate time and date stamp will be captured when employee checks in or out even when the time on their phone is changed.

He can add a new team member also from another team in case his team member is not working that day. The manager can only edit the attendance for today and yesterday. The rest of the attendance will be frozen to avoid any manipulation/tampering.
3. One app for all the employees in one office – With this feature, the HR Manager or site manager can have the Pocket FaME app on his mobile and as and when the shift starts. He will keep his/company mobile open for taking the face recognition attendance for each employee when their shift starts and again do it when the shift ends. This will replace the need for external hardware biometric devices for access cards or finger scanning, among others.
