What are the best aspects of this product?

The best functionality it has is the wide range of options for making customizations and extensions. Great suit for collaboration. Unlike that of other products, users can include apps and widen its features further. What's more, they can make changes to such apps so they conform to what they really need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, I would reach my limitations. I'd end up not utilizing the apps that I really need. Its complexity further lowers the features seen in some parts of the software. There are other project management solutions that does things better.
