Pros: It works well in managing content online. With its ability to integrate with Google Drive, you can save your work automatically. It allows for ease of communication with colleges due to its chat features. You can set up workspaces for your clients, employees and contractors and thus ease of coordination through effective communication.

Cons: It can be complex to use for a person who does not understand the technicalities involved. Although helpful in making your work easier, it does not offer the simplicity regarding how it works. First timers will take time to learn and explore the full potential of Podio.

Pros: It can prove to be a no-brainer when you access the interface. You can customize according to your needs and find what works for you. It opens up the friendly user interface as you do not need a professional to take you through on how to make the best use of the application.

Cons: It can be frustrating when you are working with large size of data. It lacks the feature, which allows you to edit numerous records or files at once. This brings about fatigue and a lot of work when editing records especially if you have many of those to edit.
