What are the best aspects of this product?

Project management, CRMs, and to-do solutions are all based on the utilization of fields and databases. Thanks to Podio, I was able to do a number of things. It's a workflow capable of dealing with intricate Wordpress processes. It has a database for marketing material.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not something that I hate. More like a recommendation. If you're in need of creating your own system, you'll need some basic backgound on databases, fields, and tables. Workflow can be complex but they seem a lot easier to make now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everytime I work, I don't have colleagues from within my firm. But I have them in other firms incldudling clients. Podio is a perfect solution for letting outsiders share and collaborate with info housed within Podio. Whenever I'm in need of a platform for housing and gathering data that can be shared externally, Podio make it all look so easy.
