What are the best aspects of this product?

A professional platform that keeps things organized. Great when it comes to collaborating on projects. Interaction is easy. Fantastic for keeping track of team members online for projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the UI can be simpler. First time users will find it complicated to use. You'll need a good guide to get through it. There should be an option (ex. chat) available to make it less problematic.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When this platform was used, its primary job was keeping record of new students and enrolled classes, and scheduling things. This was a perfect platform for those things. We have a few coordinators, tutors, and project managers who are frequently collaborating with each other. It's now easier to communicate in between them.
