What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its flexibility. I wanted to be updated on the progress on a wide range of progress. I get to that by making customized app in tracking precise metrics so benchmarks can be met. The task tool makes things easy in delegating tasks to others, spot what needs to be done daily, and have the progress for all my projects at my own pace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Initial setup take some time. This holds true if you're creating apps that would get Podio to meet your needs. With that in mind, a lot of time will be saved in terms of communication and efficiency in the later going.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Podio makes things simple when it coms to multi-tasking. Whenever it comes to handling more than one projects at the same time, it's easy to lose your way through the thick forest. By using apps found in Podio and combining that with the tasks, I can finally keep track on what each action. That would help move my project along.
